How secure is quiltingfabricsupplier.com?

For your protection, we use 128 encription key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for the highest level of security in all credit card transactions. SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers.

What is your privacy policy?

We want our customers to feel safe on our website. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

Are your products guaranteed?

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, after initial inspection, product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return any item within 30 days for a refund. Items returned must be in the same condition as received, and you must pay the return shipping fee (shipping, in either direction, is never refunded unless the return was our mistake). To return an item, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending item back, otherwise return will not be accepted and refund cannot be issued.

How long will it take for me to get an order?

For U.S. customers, we ship by U.S.P.S. Priority usually within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Your order should arrive in 3-7 business days.

For international customers, it usually takes about 2 weeks, depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover payments over a secure merchant gateway.  You do not need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal with your credit card. We also accept money orders. Orders paid by money order will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

How do you ship and what is the cost?

In the U.S., we ship by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated by weight, not item, so the more you buy, the more you save on shipping.

International shipping is by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or by U.S.P.S First Class Shipping.

3. Enter your "ship to" address

4. Click the "update" button at the bottom of the page. Your shipping costs and total will be shown in the top section of the page.

If I order more than one yard, how will my fabric be cut?

Fabric is always cut in one continuous piece, whether it is 2 yards, or 10 yards, with one exception.  If a bolt runs out, and we must send 2 pieces to fill your order, we will email you first with the measurements of the pieces and ask you if it is okay to send it.  When this happens, we will usually send you the extra fabric that is left on the bolt when it is less than one yard at no extra charge.
