Return Policy

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, after initial inspection, product is damaged or defective in any way, you may return item within 30 days for a refund. Items returned must be in the same condition as received, and you must pay the return shipping fee (shipping, in either direction, is never refunded unless the return was our mistake). To return an item, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending item back, otherwise return will not be accepted and refund cannot be issued.
